KunYin® is a healing movement practice that connects breath, emotion and movement to open a woman’s experience to fully connect with herself.
In a KunYin® class, a teacher will guide you to slow down and feel more connected to your body than ever before. In this space, pleasure, fun, playfulness, love, joy, creativity, self expression, freedom, empowerment and peace is attainable.
Many women are under the conditioning of being overpowered, dominated, pleasing everyone around them which can leave them feeling ‘switched off’ and ‘drained’. In KunYin®, you will re-establish your relationship with your body, fully owning her as a source of creation and creating whatever you desire for your life.

KunYin® can be experienced online in the privacy of your own space.
How to prepare for an online KunYin® Class
Create a private space just for you without any interruptions (lock the door if you can).
Dim the lighting in your space (this will help your connection to your body).
Wear clothes that your body feels comfortable to move in (nudity is not allowed).
Have an empty stomach 1 hour before class.
Set an intention for your class Eg My intention is to feel at peace with my body.
