'Align Thy Body' is a journey for women to discover who they truly are so they can heal emotional turmoil, grow and flourish in the areas of vitality, purpose and love. Each week you will learn how to take care of your body and fulfil its optimal nourishment.

The program runs for 12 weeks and covers 8 modules:
📖 Module 1: Laying the Foundation
I bet you know what you don't want.
You don't want pain, you don't want to be overweight, you don't want to fail and you don't want to be ill any longer. When this is happening, the mind is conditioned to survival. When the mind is in survival, it will do whatever it can to avoid pain. And avoiding pain (nine times out of ten) will result in you staying where you are and not getting the results you want. This module will address the golden keys to condition your brain to step out of survival and create a powerful vision for your life that sets wheels in motion and finally catapult you in what you truly want.
📖 Module 2: Fuel Your Body
There is a vast selection of diets in today's day and age that lead women confused and unsure of what to do. On the other hand, many women are hooked on their emotional brain that lead them to eat quick and fast food which can contribute to health problems like lack of sleep, hormonal problems, adrenal fatigue, inflammation, bloating and restlessness. When these symptoms accumulate, a level of toxicity arises in the body. They say they are eating healthy but unsure why the body is in pain. Every person is unique. You have walked a different life to the person next to you and those experiences impact how your body functions. This module will teach you how to understand your body, identify the right foods that assist you in reversing pain and will stop you from overeating and align with what is required for your body to function with vitality and health.
📖 Module 3: Move Your Body
When a woman is putting everyone else first before herself, she finds it hard to build an exercise regime. She will put it off because she has no energy to move her body and will sleep in until she needs to get up. Over time, the body begins to feel stiff, rigid, joints begin to ache and then they will say "oh its because im getting older" (- cancel that)! But what if there was another way? What if you no longer felt the heaviness and you felt positive about moving your body and the aches and pain were gone? One of the keys to living a longer more vital life is movement. (But not the movement that has you running around for everyone else) - the type of movement that has your body sing with joy. This module will have you feel and think differently about your body and movement. You will develop a healthy relationship with movement and your body, discover practices that program your body to release weight (without strenuous exercise). Build momentum as you allow love to be your catalyst in moving forward and releasing weight.
📖 Module 4: Aligned Action
Do you wonder why its hard to do what you say you're going to do? At the beginning of the year, you set goals to achieve but once December comes it hasn't happened. I bet this has happened more than once to you. You even find people in your life say they are going to do something for you but they don't, they let you down. What if I told you that can change? That you no longer felt disappointed by others letting you down and instead, your life is working for you in the direction that you want it to go? In this module, you will create new patterns that align your mind, body and soul which will leverage you forward in achieving your goals.
📖 Module 5: Release
When it comes to releasing weight, people automatically assume that if you exercise and eat healthy you will lose it. But if it were that easy and simple, everyone would be doing it and getting the results they want. The reason why most women have not achieved their health goals is because they have not addressed what is going on internally. This module will address what is going on internally to release the blocks that have been holding you back so you can connect to your power source and finally release weight.
📖 Module 6: Purpose
Some women have a high tolerance. They will continue to put up with what is unsatisfying them for the love of their family and security of their future. They believe that they can have it better but don't take the steps to make it happen. But what is it about the woman who can live a fulfilled career doing what she loves and being paid what she wants and fulfil the needs of her responsibilities, that is different to the woman who doesn't? This module will address the golden keys to support you in creating your ideal career without you having to go any longer feeling unsatisfied. You will truly come to discover the power you have in creating your reality.
📖 Module 7: Love:
A lot of women are afraid to love. Whether you are in a relationship or not, there is always another level of intimacy that you can meet to experience a deeper connection of love. When a woman falls in love, she can begin to 'forget' who she is and become consumed in her partners world. Expectations of who she is meant to be override the joyful pleasure she once felt in the beginning. Then you have women who have been so hurt and distraught from letting someone in that they find it hard to trust another who can love them the way they want to be loved. So the feeling of love gets pushed aside and fear takes its place. The thought of loving someone again seems too far fetched. This module will address the conditions that have blocked you from experiencing love and create the love that speaks trust, safety and harmony in a way that feels right for you.
📖 Module 8: Integration
Have you ever completed a program and wondered, "where to from here? how do I keep this up?" Creating new habits requires integration. In order for positive changes to be permanent, there are certain processes to assist you. In this module, you will receive support and knowledge in creating a path forward to support you consistently creating your life. Building beliefs that support your vision forward. This section is integral.
