Because of the preparation requirements and popularity of our events, please be sure you are registering knowing you are certain you can attend. If registered and unable to attend or change of mind, 100% of payment made will be forfeited. If unable to attend and would like to transfer to another course, a payment of $50AUD will be required. All payment plans that are agreed upon between student and NYE are a commitment to pay in full.
When you make an appointment, be certain you can attend. Clients have up until 48 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule without charge. If appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, 100% payment will be forfeited.
When a customer pays in full or monthly, they are certain they can attend the whole program. If a customer signs up for monthly payment plan, payments are to be paid each month. If an attendee decides to stop attending or postpones their attendance, payments are still honoured from sign up date.

Please familiarise yourself with the details of our event cancellation requirements listed below. Please note: these cancellation requirements apply for medical or non-medical needs and emergencies. Payment plans are a commitment to pay in full, and the cancellation policy will be applied to the full amount due. Substitution: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call +61499033999 at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrolment. A $150AUD fee will apply. No transfers will be made after 10 days. Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. Contact our Customer Service Department to facilitate your transfer: hello@shiftyourspace.com Refunds: For cancellations made 91 days or more prior to the first day of the event, we will issue a refund less a non-refundable deposit ($500AUD.) Event Transfers: For cancellations made 60-90 days prior to the event, we will issue a credit toward any future NYE Event for up to one full year from your original event date, less a non-transferable deposit ($500AUD for Retreats). Other restrictions may apply. Less than 60 days prior to the event, payments are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. You do still have the option to substitute up until 10 days prior to event start date. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact hello@nicoleyasmin.com
If for any reason an in person event gets rescheduled due to government lockdowns or restrictions, all registrations for courses will be transferred to a later date. If a student is unable to attend an in person event due to having COVID19, their registration will be transferred to a later date. No refunds.
